Who Are We?
PAF Finance Center Multi-Purpose Cooperative is a Lending Institution that offers various loan products to its clients. Business Registered with the Cooperative Development Authority, in compliance with Article 144 of RA 9520 otherwise
known as the “Philippine Cooperative Code of 2008”. It originated from the Air Force Finance Center last November 22, 1999, with twenty (20) in-service Enlisted Personnel and Civilian Employee Cooperative members. The generous
Commanding Officer of PAFFC allowed to house the Cooperative's first office in the small room inside Building A. Until the Coop finds its way to spread its wings and rent a new office at the Airmen’s Mall ground floor. Presently,
the Coop has 465 active members and still growing.
Fueled by its vision to be the best Multi-Purpose Cooperative, it continues to find ways to serve its members. Its goal is to help relieve the financial struggles of its members by offering low-interest rate
loans and offers its maximum Capital Contribution of up to 200,000.00 with a 12% annual dividend.

Who can avail PAFFC MPC Products and Services ?
Regular Member
• Regular Members are members that are organic personnel of the Air Force Finance Center. They can save up to a maximum amount of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (200,000.00).
Associate Member
• The Associate Members are members that came from other units. They can save up to a maximum amount of Fifteen Thousand Pesos (15,000.00).
Retired Member
• The Retired Members are members who are no longer in service but are still members of the Cooperative. They can save up to a maximum amount of Fifteen Thousand Pesos (15,000.00). -
What are the Membership/Loan requirements for PAF Active / Retired Military
• Re-enlistment order
• Willingness to re-enlist
• Military ID
• Non-Pending Case clearance or DLO Clearance
• Letter of consent from spouse
• Current Payslip
